Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
If delivery exceeds 25 days, you are eligible for a 20% refund.
If delivery exceeds 35 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
📌 Note: “Delays caused by incorrect address, local customs clearance, or force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.) are excluded from refund eligibility.”
